Exhibitor Fees Include
A standard identification sign indicating company name and booth number
Six-foot covered/skirted table with black pipe and drape background for hanging posters or displays
Basic electrical service (120 volts, 500 watts)
Security guard service during event operating hours
General event admissions for two staff persons for each booth
Free Wi-Fi access at event
Additional Information
Due to strict convention center regulations, all display items must remain on the table or backdrop. Any items placed elsewhere will need to be removed.

Applicants will be asked to affirm these commitments and describe how their organization will uphold them as part of the registration process.

Payment: Due with application submission
Requirements: Complete application form with all requested information after ensuring you are able to align with our commitments.
Application Review and Approval: All exhibitors, sponsors, advertisements, promotional materials, and partnership opportunities are subject to review and approval by the IGNITE Team. IGNITE reserves the right to accept or decline applications, sponsorships, advertisements, or materials based on alignment with the mission, values, audience, and overall purpose of the event. If an application is not approved, all fees paid with the application will be refunded.
